Maternal eggstincts

Many years ago in the Army I earned beer money by baby sitting in the married quarters. Beer and food and films provided. Next week I will be sitting for 7 babies all at once!..Ok...not the chubby little nappy ones....but I am pampering ( see what I did there) 7 baby geckos...and an egg. Apparently I do not have to sit on this egg...no one does ..they just hatch. I am not sure if I have to slap it's little gecko bum and burp it...but it's mighty exciting non the less. The lady also gave me some fresh laid chicken eggs...I just hope I don't get them confused. !!

My little Gecko is now getting tamer. Angel spent 10 minutes last night , trying to hatch my head? She also complained about her bum being hot...not sure why. Sat on the step last night sipping a cold Miguel, after a hot gig. Deep in thought about the competitive nature of some musicians. Vultures sprang to mind..which immediately made me smile. There is professional and shabby....i know which circles i like to play in.

Animal house

No work this week, but most of days taken up with organising deps for some up coming gigs. At one point last night i was working a mobile a PC and a laptop.. Trying to contact musicians and put programme together. Cape Canaveral would have been quieter. My house is quite cosy. Angel running round my sofa. Two socks popping in to say hello and scrounge food. I am now considering adopting another stray cat from out of the area...if you cant beat em..join em. Took a photo of my room. Yes my curtains on fire...but so much cheaper than gas...coffee?
