It's interesting seeing how many people are moaning about poor sleep because of the heat. It's interesting to me, as, at last people have a small insight into what 4 hours sleep does to the rest of your days. I think I have averaged this for the last 23 years. Some days are real bad. But the body adapts. Once the temperature drops, most folk will return to getting their 8 hours kip. Unfortunately, mines for life. But I look at it this way...you get plenty of sleep when your dead!
