So a shoplifter in the UK gets tackled by a security guard. The bottles he is stealing break and the shoplifter dies at the scene. The security guard is arrested on a charge of manslaughter? Is this country really so hung up on civil liberties, health and safety and pink fluffy morals??? Dear God forbid, if there was ever another world war....the back bone of this country is broken. A risk assessment before going over the top. A claim because of a broken nail on the barbed wire. A flesh wound has reams of no win no fee solicitors running behind you, over no man's...ooops sorry ,no gender biased land. This country shouldn't have a government ..it should have a Shepherd.
