I really believe , that a bit of sunlight, tops up our internal solar panels. I have a massive one, on top of my head! Seriously though, some folk use light boxes to try and recreate the sunlight and keep the seasonal disorder at bay. Today, I have managed to complete some niggly little jobs, l have putting off for ages...all because, its milder and I saw the sun. Tonight my outside lights are glowing, so even they are happy. Bring on the sun.
