Guts

Two weeks ago, I wrote a review about the cat cafe in Derby. I wasnt going to, but the female manager , sunk her teeth in, when I mentioned my problem on their home page. A simple sorry would have sufficed ...but no, as with all the negative feedback she received , she went for the jugular. So I put a negative review in. I am not advocating that the customer is always right , but a male member of management handled the situation in an adult and professional manner. 14 days on, people are now writing their disgust on the female admin. Will she learn from this? I doubt it. But I will never frequent the moggy establishment again...and will donate my money to other animal charities instead. Job done.
