I don't know many people who love their local councils? To me they. .to put it bluntly.... are robbing bar stewards. The opposite of Robin hood...taking from the poor and giving to the rich. But today they have crossed the line. My dad's partner died almost a year ago. Yesterday he received a letter from the council , saying that he still owed money to the residential home. A year after? Now, my dad has done many things for me as I have grown up. The most important thing he taught me, was to pay bills promptly. He always has. This has upset me more than him...he says he will just pay it so as not to cause a fuss. I am about to cause a fuss. Watch this space .
